The course will provide an overview of the evolution of concept of “rights”, starting off with human rights and how they extend into nature rights looking at how we have conceived of ourselves and the world around us. We will also look at different means of change making, working within the system and working outside of it with their respective pros and cons. The focus will be centered on understanding yourself and others as a way to become an effective change agent, drawing on examples from behavioral psychology.
