Michael Schoett

I am a social artist, musician and entrepreneur from Germany. For the past seven years I have thrown myself headfirst into very different worlds: becoming a chef and cooking in a two-star restaurant, touring in EU & UAS as a drummer with Zimmer90, an international band I co-founded, building temporary communities for education, designing card games for a new culture of encounter and founding things, again and again. What runs through all of it is the question of how people can meet each other in a much deeper way, so that something real and purposeful can grow between them. That is what brought me to Droptalk, a card game series for honest conversations, presence and depth in different settings, and to Uniartcity, a network of self-organised education oases from and for young people. Nothing makes me happier than watching a young person rediscover themselves, their paths and step into their own potential.
