Ruby Botica

I was born in and grew up in New Zealand, close to nature always, which inspired my creativity in writing and music. I attended to a Waldorf school which further encouraged my creativity and freedom. Later I attended a mainstream high-school, which lead me to seeking alternative holistic tertiary education options. I have worked in a market garden and support work. I found YIP and it has been an opportunity for me to connect to holistic creative learning again and understand the world a little more beyond my home. I am so excited to be volunteering for YIP19, and contribute to this space.

Ruby’s role as part of the team will mainly be focused on the supervision of dinner preparations and the management of food orders and building care.
