During this week time will be given to review the learnings that have happened so far, as well as prepare mentally and physically to travel to Wudang Mountain in China.

The participants will learn about cultural sensitivities and have time to research about the history and current realities of the Wudang Mountain and Xi’An. There will also be time given for packing and cleaning in preparation to leave.
