Workshop: All types of food are harvested from the land where they grow. Together we learn how to make the most out of the harvest. I believe that is how we can pay the biggest respect to the land on witch they grow.

The course will include:

  • Harvesting domestic and wild foods
  • Preservation of vegetables
  • Visit a small scale farm
  • Slaughter
  • Butchery
  • How to use the whole animal
