Ecosystems is a course exploring the relationship between human beings and the natural environment. With Pieter we will consider the impact of the Anthropocene, look at our interconnected living systems, and the potential leverage point of working with soil to create healthy future life on earth. This course will explore food systems, agriculture, sustainable consumption patterns and life cycles.
