Introduction to Biodynamic Agriculture and Gardening
This course will involve learning over time and through the seasons how to grow vegetables and herbs in a northern climate. Activities will include harvesting, compost making, bed care for the winter, processing, fermenting, and seed saving etc. Time and space will be given to learn how to observe and understand the different plants and their needs and the needs of the garden.
