Silence has settled on Ytterjärna as the Yippies lift off to various destinations for the Winter break, and readying themselves for the internship journeys that lay beyond. It has been a wild ride these last few weeks and months with so much going on both inwardly and outwardly that it is hard to believe that it has come to a close. The participants have flown out of whatever kind of nest Tallevana and the White House created for them, and will return to it surely changed and not before the middle of February.
Into the Foodture:
“We want to expand our understanding of the whole picture of the world we create every day by eating. The conference will revolve around the entire process of growing, harvesting, transporting, selling and cooking before the food winds up on your plate.”

Thank you to all who have helped to make this year what it has been.
As the year comes to an end, we are all enjoying a well-derserved break. With the participants spread all over the globe for the next few weeks, the Organizing Team will have the time to arrange the YIP9 curriculum as well as put some thought into a few other budding initiatives.
We wish all who read this newsletter (and all who don’t) a very meaningful end to 2015 and many good impressions for the year to come.
The Newsletter is a monthly mailing update on the life and times of YIP and is a wonderful way to remain connected. It is sent out once a month and gives an overview of what has happened, what is happening and what is on the horizon. Every quarter (3 months) we plan to put out a more in-depth issue that looks into the Organization of YIP from a similar lense.
