The harvest, Food and Preservation
Workshop: All types of food are harvested from the land where they grow. Together we learn how to make the most out of the harvest. I believe that is how we can pay the biggest respect to the land on witch they grow.
The course will include:
- Harvesting domestic and wild foods
- Preservation of vegetables
- Visit a small scale farm
- Slaughter
- Butchery
- How to use the whole animal
